Consistently Positive Reports

The Titan Process has been consistently receiving positive feedback from reviewers and oil industry engineers. Read what some of them have to say below. Note: The "Titan Process" was formerly named the Biological Oil Stimulation (BOS) process. The name was changed for branding and marketing purposes but it is the identical method developed by our engineers.

"Offtake from the Beatrice reservoir has been excellent. Production is up some 25%, reversing earlier field decline. Excellent work has been done by the sub-surface alliance partners in generating this improvement, which included superior reservoir management, improved run times on the ESPs, improved well operations, and the use of BOS [Titan] treatment from Live Oil.

"The effects of BOS in this improved performance have not been isolated. We understand Mr. Tom Radford and his team are studying the incremental effects of BOS alone, and we are happy to continue to support this effort where practical and beneficial to Beatrice."

—A. Mathur
Technical Manager, British Petroleum

"There is an approximate 40% increase in production…the oil flow recommenced after the introduction of the microbial system at a relatively constant rate."

— A.J. Sheehy, Ph.D., Alton Field Study
Society of Petroleum Engineers, Abstract SPE/DOE 20254

"Oil Production from the Beatrice Field is up some 25%. From the production data which we have seen to date it is clear that the improvement due to BOS* is responsible for the largest part of the reversal in decline and 25% increase in production."

—Tom Radford, M.A., C. Eng.

"BP Alaska Test results. RE: BOS Results…Good news…B-20 production has increased from 100 to 200 bopd…it seems like a quick response. The treatment date was Nov. 1, and the first +100 bopd test was less than two weeks later."

— Excerpts from Message sent from Timothy Cook
on the BP Alaska platform to Alan Sheehy, 28 November 1996

"The BOS [Titan] microbial treatment had an immediate positive effect on the Rankin field. Oil production increased, water injection pressures went up and the overall field decline was halted. Although we only had two injection treatments over two years, the field produced approximately 24,400 barrels of additional oil over the base line expectation…This is just one indication of how extraordinary the BOS* process worked at Rankin…In summary the BOS treatment appears to have greatly extended the life of this mature water flood."
