C. Paul Davis, Advisory Board Chairman
C. Paul Davis has over 35 years of experience in the computer industry where he worked in various field sales and home office management positions for companies like Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation, Sperry Rand UNIVAC and DataProducts Corporation. Over the past 25 years Mr. Davis has successfully started seven of his own California companies and took one (PerfectData Corporation) through a successful public offering in 1983. Some of this other companies included: TEDA Corporation, CompuRite Ribbon Corporation, Permabyte Corporation, Technology Marketing, COMAT Technologies Corporation, a company that did a two year consulting assignment for Neste Og (Finland’s largest company) and UNIAX Corporation, the co-inventors of conductive polymers that won Dr. Alan Heeger a Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2000, and ACORN Golf, Incorporated. Mr. Davis has served on seven Boards. He holds six patents. Mr. Davis was the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of SO/CAL/TEN Forum in Southern California and Co-Founder of the MIT Business Forum on the Central Coast. He was also past President of the Las Positas Park Foundation. Mr. Davis has a BS in Marketing (1954) and MBA (1957) from the University of Detroit.


Dr. Alan J. Heeger
The recipient of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2000 for his research and discoveries in the field of conductive polymers, Dr. Heeger brings a successful academia, technical, and business background to Titan’s Advisory Board. He is currently Professor of Physics and Professor of Materials at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dr. Heeger has 60 issued patents and has written over 600 professional articles that have been  published in leading scientific publications. He was Founder, Chairman, and President of UNIAX Corporation where his proprietary conductive polymer technology was successfully commercialized. Dr. Heeger has been the recipient of many prestigious Honorary Degrees at leading domestic and international colleges and universities.


Gareth Chang
Mr. Chang has served on the Board of Directors of Apple Computer, Palm, Inc, and Agile Software, and has been a member of Nike's Advisory Board. He brings more than 30 years of international hands-on business experience to Titan’s Advisory Board with a special emphasis on China. Some of Mr. Chang’s prior business accomplishments include: Former Chairman and CEO of News Corporation’s’ STAR TV, Senior Vice President of Hughes Electronics Corporation, President of Hughes Electronics International, Chairman of Hughes JVC Technology, Corporate Vice President of McDonnell Douglas Corporation, and founding Chairman of McDonnell-Shanghai Aviation Executive Management Board. 

Mr. Chang has a visiting professorship at Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aerospace and Aeronautics as well as Portland State University. He is currently the Managing Director of GC3 and Associates International; the Chairman of D5 Studio, Click2Asia, and Alpha Media Ventures dedicated to the Asian culture; and is a member of Council on Foreign Relations. He has been recognized with some special awards during his business career, including:  “One of the 125 Thinkers of the World” by Forbes, International Citizen of the Year” by the State of California, and  “Outstanding Personality” by the Chinese Americans.


Stuart Lubitz
Stuart Lubitz has more than 40 years of patent and legal experience in advanced technologies, with an emphasis in the semiconductor, computer, material science, and telecommunications industries. Stuart was a name partner, President, and Chairman of a leading Los Angeles intellectual property law firm. He was also previously employed by the U.S. Patent Office, Ford Motor Company, and Ampex Corporation, where he was involved with intellectual property matters, including licensing programs, infringement and validity opinions, litigation, trademark and copyright matters, and related antitrust issues. Mr. Lubitz was the first Westerner to be a Director of a large Japanese public company, one of the only patent attorneys to sit on the board of a New York Stock Exchange company, and has served as a Director of more than five large companies. His clients have included a long list of blue chip global companies and world's fastest growing start-up technology companies. He was an adjunct professor of patent law at Loyola Law School for more than 12 years. Stuart is one of the few U.S. patent attorneys to lecture on patent matters before Keidanren, one of the most powerful economic organizations in Japan. He regularly lectures in the United States and overseas. Stuart was honored by being named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
